Wash 1–2×/week (sulfate-free); condition mids → ends only.
Dry 100% at the seam before heat or sleep.
Use heat protectant; keep tools ≤ 350°F / 175°C; avoid the seam.
Sleep in a loose braid on a silk/satin pillowcase.
Swim/gym: pre-wet + leave-in; rinse immediately after.
