These high-gram, luxury extensions have a fuller appearance from root to tip for seamless blending with your natural hair.  Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

2. Returns & Exchanges

To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncut, uncolored, and in original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
  • Final Sale Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and promotional sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@eternaluxehair.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund (minus shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Exchanges

Need a different length or texture? If eligible, we’ll be happy to exchange your item. Simply follow the return process above and indicate the product you’d like in exchange.

5. Quality Guarantee

Every bundle is carefully inspected before shipping. If you believe you’ve received a defective item, contact us immediately at support@eternaluxehair.com with detailed photos.
