Free shipping across the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).

For international orders, please refer to our global shipping rates.

All orders are prepared within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.

Customized or back-ordered items may require up to 72 business hours for processing.

1–3 business days delivery within the UAE, depending on your location.

A tracking number will be sent via email/SMS as soon as your order ships.

We use premium local couriers (Aramex, Fetchr, DHL Local).

Real-time tracking and delivery notifications included.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM GST are eligible for same-day dispatch.

Orders confirmed after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

Couriers will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

If you’re unavailable, you may reschedule delivery or collect from the nearest service point.

In the event of external delays (weather, customs, etc.), we will notify you and monitor your shipment until delivery.
