“Products”: wigs, clip-in and tape-in extensions, weft extensions, and related items sold on our site.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the Products.
5. pricing & payment
Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable UAE VAT.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and local payment methods.
Payment is processed at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse payment authorization.
6. shipping & delivery
Free shipping within the UAE; delivery in 1–3 business days after processing (24–48 hrs).

Tracking information is provided via email/SMS.
7. returns & refunds
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all Products. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Return shipping within the UAE is at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Our Products carry a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper application, or unauthorized modification.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of THE BEAUTY HIVE 555 FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.
10. limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase of Products shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you.
11. governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
